Information and Referral Services
Community members can reach out to us by phone, email, or by visiting the office to request information and referrals about resources in the region. We can provide resources for those who are impacted by mental illness and those who are supporting a loved one who is experiencing a mental illness.
We often provide additional online resources such as articles, YouTube videos, mental health tools, and in-house educational content (e.g., infographics, wellness cards).
How does this work?
When reaching out through one of the above options, you may confidentially share the issue or situation you are experiencing with a staff member.
We will ask for clarifying information such as service delivery preference (online or in-person) and language preference, locality within the Eastern Townships (Estrie), internet capability, current supports, and transportation options.
We strive to provide resources within one week of the initial request.
