MHE’s annual HUGS campaign (Hats, Underwear, Gloves, Socks, and Scarves) runs from November to March.

We collect new items of clothing to donate to local resources that support those experiencing homelessness. New items are greatly appreciated as these are truly gifts to those in need. Items in neutral colours and larger sizes are preferred. 

Clothing donations can be left in the beige bins at MHE’s door (door #2). If you’d like to let us do the shopping for you, monetary donations are deeply appreciated. Your contribution allows us to purchase specific items that are most needed and to assemble essential bundles, such as toiletry kits and “hot paws” packs, ensuring that every donation has the greatest impact.

Monetary donations can be mailed or dropped off at our office—please do not leave them in the beige bins. You can also donate securely through our website (select HUGS from the drop-down menu) [Insert link to donation page]. 

Used items can be dropped off directly at the Partage St-François (585 rue Wellington Sud, Sherbrooke).
